Before I list out the dosage that you need to consume for gaining muscle or cutting fat, it is important to understand how long the half-life of RAD 140 is. It is one of the most crucial factors in determining your daily dosage.

Even though the dosage for both the bulking and cutting cycle (without PCT) is the same, you need to change your diet so that you are in a calorie deficit while trying to cut.
